Tractor with Object Detection Project
The Tractor uses 3D printed parts. The color shown may not be the same as supplied in the kit. The track chassis is a commercial product. The tractor uses a chassis with dual motor drive. The power to the dual motor is provided by rechargeable batteries. The tractor can move forward, backward and turn right or left. It uses a lithium-ion batteries to power the motor drive electronics and the Arduino. LEDs are used to indicate when power is applied to the Arduino and to the motor driver electronics. The tractor uses an Ultrasonic sensor to sense an obstacle in front to prevent from crashing into it.
A High Definition(HD 1080) Camera with motion sensor is located on the servo platform. The camera automatically turns on when it senses motion. The camera is equipped with a micro SD card slot. The camera has a rechargeable internal battery.
Assembly and electrical schematic drawings are included in the kit.
Batteries and chargers are included in the kit.
All wiring is included in the kit.
Soldering is required.
This project kit is for experienced STEM student.
Programming
The student can program the tractor using C++ Programming. An example code for the Arduino will be included in the kit. Endless programming possibilities exist when programming the tractor.
